Title: Ew At Aol Article

Just found this article about the finale and don't recall seeing it posted here:

The writer thinks that Elliott, Kat, Paris and Chris might give Taylor a run for his money, and states: "If there's any justice in a music industry that's made Britney Spears a superstar, someone will sign Elliott to a big fat deal before the summer's out."

Ah if only contracts would allow it!

I have seen that one... and I'm hoping the writer's dream comes true :)

I do have to say this... in all my seasons of AI, I have never heard the same amount of buzz outside of the top 2 as I have for this season-- I really think we'll be hearing a lot more from E, P, and Chris in the near future-- they do have the potential to outlast/outsell the F2.

:) Always elated to see praise of Elliott.
And it was painfully obvious who the winner should have been. However, I'm glad E isn't burdened with the title. He will gain way more credibility as an artist without it.
Paris is going to end up with a big career. Once she has some life experience - look out! But not a Beyonce. A Dionne or Diana Ross.
Chris needs to sing with a good band. Not a band looking for a comeback. A new band. How's his band?
If Kelly could get in the right show, she might be amusing. Not long-lived, though.
Ace won't get anywhere with his singing - however, he's pretty hot. Modelling or acting. He'll be in the public eye doing something while he's pretty. Ace and his brother doing beach volleyball!!
Mandisa, gorgeous face. Fabulous voice. If the world weren't so weight-conscious, she would do well.
Katherine will go further pursuing the stage than she will with singing. Pretty girl.
Poor Taylor. He will enjoy short-lived fame. There are so many voices better than him in his style. People like him and he gets the crowd going - but you need vocals to garner longevity. I liked his wailing on the harmonica.
No offense meant -- just my opinions.
