"As a heads up for everyone, especially for teens...
Please do NOT post the section and/or row and seat number of any concert you are attending.
Safety should always be an important thought when communicating on the internet. While you may think you know the person on the other end of each message, the reality is you do not.
Any post that includes Section, Row or Seat numbers will be deleted. Any one who repeatedly posts this information, will lose their posting privileges.
We ask that you report any post you see with this information.
Remember, we want you all to enjoy the show and other fans, but above all we want you and your families to be safe."
Everyone that I have chatted with here seems really nice. However, I thought that this was good food for thought --- especially for all the teens!!
Everyone- please be careful!

Thanks for posting that! It's so true. Not taking away those who ARE sincere, but there are those few who MIGHT not be what they appear. Just a safety precaution.

I never thought of that. And should have as I am pretty cautious about the INternet. And espeically on the main AI forum, as it is ridden with some pretty shady posters lately. And i noticed a lot of the posters sharing their seat numbers are very young too.
SCARY. Can't ever be too cautious. Thx for posting this.

I think sharing section number is fine as there are many rows in a section,. But whenever I share seat info with fans for tours I usually go to I only say section and row number never seat number unless its one of my close friends I've met before :)

I don't see anything wrong with just posting a section(as already stated above there are so many seats in 1 section), however posting section/seat/row definately a no no.........

Thanks sheila1221 for posting about this. :) I would have NEVER thought about this. :o Now I'm kinda of scared and shocked that I've always posted my seat location at diferent concerts I've gone to before. Boy I won't be doing this anymore...well unless I feel like the person isn't too crazy haha lol  ...thanks once again!!!!! :hello:
