Title: Help Me, Please...

ReasontoBelieve - May 31, 2006 03:12 AM (GMT)
I have a new Ibook and am having problems with saving pictures etc. Can someone help me with signature and avatar pictures of a laughing Elliott? I'd appreciate it so much.

Hi Reason,
I work with Macs too; I can try to help.
1. What software are you using?
2. What type of problems are you having when saving?
You can PM me if you want.

Yea I don't know how you all put the animated stuff on your avatar like Elliott's performance or him laughing etc... It's really cool! In fact, I don't even know how to put a pic/signature.
Got stuff on the AI board figured out and now I come here clueless once again :(

Hi lily,
Just go to My Controls Signature Setup page and on the blank window, type in the following:

Replace "URL" above with the link to your image. The image needs to be uploaded somewhere (try http://imageshack.us)

Pinned posts by Yamingirl and lothlorien about avatars/sigs are good ones to check out for more info.

I can offer help with Macs, graphics, and hosting, too. :) I'd suggest saving graphics as a .jpg or .gif. Some boards don't take .pngs. I don't know if this one does. One of the boards I admin on doesn't take them, anyway.

Then you want [*img]imageurl[*/img] without the *s.
