I know this is kinda late, being 2am on the West Coast, but I just found out that Regis and Kelly airs at 11:00AM in the Portland area. The R&K website says 9am.
I just set a reminder through Comcast Digital Cable and realized that some may not be aware of the different time.

Don't want to see any dissappointed E-Trainers!
