These kids are amazing, there is no way I could ever get any of those words right.

feed keeps going off ok it's back

It is interesting to see the way these kids try and figure out how to spell these words. Asking for definitions, and the origin of words would never help me.

They got "mansuetude", missed "alcazar" and "otodynia". But I'm willing to bet they can spell "calamari" without asking for definition and word origin. Heh.

Man, I used to do spelling bee/competitions when I was younger (up until high school) but I don't think I could've done what these kids are doing! YIKES! (wait, did I spell that right? )

Love these spelling bees, my younger son is very good at spelling, because he loves to read
The young girl who won was adorable, and so poised and mature

I love spelling bees, also. It's amazing how a word can sound so hard to spell, but the actual spelling is a cinch.
