Title: Elliott, His Looks, And Why We Love Him!

I cannot believe some of the b/s that is going on in the media. Calling him a goat? Talking about his teeth? What is scary is all this is that these people are so called professionals, and not preschoolers that we are talking about! Even my kids know better :

Anyhow, one characteristic that I believe all of Elliott's fans have in common is that we recognize not only talent (that is obvious) but integrity as well. Why do we love Elliott? It is his charm, class, grace and humbleness that we all fell for as well as that voice. It seems like you can't win with the media these days. They will hang you to dry if you have looks but nothing else ie (Paris Hilton), and along comes a young man that should be put on a pedestal as a role model and the media wants to destory him as well.

Elliott may not be "classically handsome" as defined by Hollywood standards. I stated in an earlier post that I would rather have someone as real as Elliott than an overly botoxed, veneered, vain surgically altered egomaniac any day.

Look at the so called "beautiful" people that the media wants us to envy. You can't get much more "beautiful" than Jennifer and Brad, Tom and Nicole Jude and Sienna, etc. Did their looks bring them success in their marriages? I could go on and on citing names of so called gorgeous people who have swaped partners like underwear.

At the end of the day, you want to be around someone who you can talk to, laugh with, share things with, etc. I really pity all these shallow people who believe that ONLY beauty is what matters in life. When their looks fade, do they want other people to toss them out like old shoes? If they have something happen to them in life where they lose their looks (accident, illness, etc.)would the people aroung them value them for the people they are inside?

Elliotts gift of song is a blessing. His personality and character are one of a kind. I, for one, think he is a hottie! I am so fortunate to be a part of this board where we recognize and revere in his WHOLE beauty.
