Hey guys-- Not sure which forum to put this in but Paula Abdul in on Larry King tonight (Friday). We should call in and ask why all the top 5 except Elliott was offered a contract and express or disappointment that he is gone and express comments regarding the vote totals that night. Lastly, we should thank her for always believing in and supporting Elliott.
Please--- lets make some calls. We must speak up for Elliott.

i agree paula needs to be thanked. for all the slack everyone gives her this year she was the only one at AI (that's visible) that recognized the true talents (ie Lisa, Mandisa, paris, Chris and ELLIOTT) she was spot on this year and she deserves her props...i HATE FOX!!!!

also i really don't think we should bering up the contract thing because honestly...does anyone here REALLY want E stuck with EVIL C - Davis??? i know i don't i want him to be free with someone whowilltkae the time and energy and give him the attention he deserves!

I am new and haven't been on any boards since Elliott left on Wednesday due to work schedule. Just wondering, why would they offer the 4th and 5th spots contracts and not Elliott?
I realize that he will end up getting a contract somewhere else (at least I sure hope so), but that seems very unfair. I hope he doesn't just disappear and we don't hear anything else about him like some past contestants in his spot on previous shows. I honestly cannot tell you who was third last year.

Don't worry about Darth Davis. He's an idiot. Listen to the clips of the new AI CD and you'll see exactly how they will take El's career --> into the dumps. We want El as far away from Clive as possible. Trust me on this.

Clive doesn't "get" El. That's fine cause obvious a lot of people do. Someone with pull will "get" El and he'll have a career. He won't be big like Clarkson, but nobody is. He will have a lasting career though and he and WW can live happily ever after.

I'm watching it and they actually showed Elliott singing two songs and it is her opinion that they will all have careers. She loves Elliott and his mom. They show her crying over Elliott and like a dork I'm bawling. Good thing my husbands working tonight. LOL

I just turned it on..i missed Elliott :( All I've seen is one shot after the other of Kat & Taylor..I figured they weren't goign to show Ell as he's not in the Final two...I'm glad they gave him sone air time..good

someone from louisana just called and commented how she (the caller) doesn't understand how people criticizes (sp?) Paula for being emotional to Elliott when she (caller) gets the same emotional response from elliott too watching his performances on tv ... something like that.

Oooh...someone got thru & said Elliott made everyone cry not just Paula that night...said he was like a Superstar already...sounded like a Yaminion to me :D :D

I was very pleased with the Larry King Show tonight. I thought Paula made it clear that Elliott was her favorite. I was also very surprised - it seemed they showed Elliott more than either Kat or Taylor. Although, couldn't believe Larry mispronounced Elliott's last name - I believe it is a Jewish last name and Larry is Jewish, correct?

You know this is the most TV coverage Elliott has ever gotten. Too bad this didn't air say, last week. I'm pretty sure he got more film footage than any of the others. And Paula was pretty clear and articulate about why she liked E so much. He was so well-respected here. What a breath of fresh air this was!
