Try this:
Above the box, there's a button that's labelled IMG. Click on that.
A small window will pop up.
Put the full URL on that window starting with http:// (type it in or paste it, doesn't matter).
Click OK.

OK, I checked on it and what's currently on your sig window is
http://img%5dhttp//i5.tinypic.com/122dl3o.jpg. Just a plain ol' typo!
There are 2 "http" - see it? Change it to this EXACTLY this:
