I think Elliott song would appeal to adult contemporary and top 40 stations,
he will be an mainstream and contemporary artists like Michael Buble, or Daniel Powter,..

I was never a Bo fan, or a Carrie one for that matter, but I think Bo got screwed by AI. They watered down HIM and made that CD a shadow of what Bo really was.

btw, how many copies has Bo Bice album sold in the USA ?

I WAS a Bo fan, until I heard the craptastic song of his on Leno.

I loves me some rock/alternative music, but soft rock is just... BLAH. Plus that song of his is just bad. :toilet:

A huge part of his success will be our support so if we really want him to be succesful we should support him all the way and get lots of other people to be die hard Elliott fans but I totally have huge faith in him that he'll put out a great album.

I never bought it, but a friend loaned Bo's CD to me. I thought it was awful! I never watched last year, so I didn't know what he was like. I only knew lots of people loved him. But man, that album really sucked. I didn't know it at the time (being a non-AI person), but now I realize it was the drivel produced by the 19e people. No wonder. :rolleyes:

I KNOW El will be more successful because he transcends many genres, although I know his heart lies in r&b. No offense to Bo fans here, but he's not even in the same league as Elliott talent wise. He's got talent, but it's not the same.

I downloaded his song and I don't really know how he was like since this is my first season watching but I downloaded some of his performances. His songs are totally a far cry on how he was in the show. Clive totally sabotaged him. Anyway, as what the other poster said, we should totally give Elliott all our support to make him successful.

Well, I think Elliott will do more of an R&B, slow soul music kind of album, if he has his way. He said as much yesterday, that this is what he wanted to do.
