Title: Any Anime Fans?

Brittney - June 15, 2006 07:33 PM (GMT)

Naruto! :ph43r: Subbed, not dubbed.

Anime fan here.

The current Anime's I'm watching are: Noein (really good and different), School Rumble Second Semester (funny!) and Mushishi (really cool and freaky). All are subbed, because it's just easier to download and watch it on my own team...than have make time to watch dubs (and then be screwed when I miss them).

Oh and I've watched quite a bit of Eureka Seven subbed. It's okay but it's not a favorite...it can get kind of repetitive.

It sucks for now but I'll be glad when they get back to the main plot line. There are a lot of others that my friends have tried to introduce me too but I don't need another addiction right now.

Me me me!!
I love anime!
I haven't seen any new ones in forever though.
I really wanna go and buy some but I don't know what to get and don't wanna waste money on crappy ones (like I've done in the past).

Soo.. any suggestions would be great! heh

I wanna see a goofy, comedy sort. Like His & Her Circumstance (best buy here really needs to keep that series in stock b/c I want it!) or Fruit Basket... anything like that. Where the comedy is there but it's not ALWAYS there.. ya know?

I like other types, but I want a good funny one right now heh.

Oh man...I haven't bought any anime in a loooooong time.

But if you can download (as I'm pretty sure it'll never get liscenced in the United States, it may be a bit *too* japanese) Honey and Clover. Do it! If you loved Fruits Basket, you'll love Honey and Clover. It's a slice of life anime that's funny, but not only funny. The characters and story are well written and you'll enjoy the 26 or so episodes.

As for stuff you can buy...I'm at a loss. Haven't really been watching much (except for the ones I mentioned earlier) or buying much either.

I like all the Tenchi series, like Tenchi in Tokyo and Tecnhi Muyo. It's a little old, but I still like it! I even named my kitty after a character in it!

Fruits Basket(s). I had to join Netflix just to get the episodes for my daughters. Not my cup of tea, but it's clean and my daughters like it. :P
