WHAT PROGRAMS DO U PPL USE TO MAKE THOSE BANNERS? PLESE I NEED HELP

I use Paint Shop Pro X and Photoshop. Both are expensive, especially Photoshop, but you can get 30-day free trials of both. I got Paint Shop Pro X for 30 some dollars after a mail-in rebate at Best But I think so if you watch ads you might get a good deal.
