I posted this on Elliott's board earlier..

E-Train passengers,

I talked to Scott, Elliott's brother a few minutes ago. Scott has
hardly spoken to the media and has stayed out of the spotlight as
much as possible. Tonight, though, he wanted me to tell you all
something. He knows how important the E-Train is to Elliott's
success. He also knows how much Elliott appreciates it. Scott sends
his deepest gratitude from the family. Also, Claudette seemed be
taking things well and is in good spirits. She is an amazing woman.

From me, I am deeply saddened by tonight's events as I am sure all
of you are. Take the time to grieve. Continue to vote if you want to
vote. I want to personally thank everyone for all the love, time,
and support that all of us close to this have received. I have made
so many new friends on this journey. Thank you for all the PM's.
Thank you for all the encouragement. Thank you for the personal
stories that touched my life forever. I am so blessed and lucky to
have gotten to know you all. I promise to keep everyone updated as
much as possible with all the exciting things that are sure to come

The best thing about not winning is that E is out of his stupid American Idiot contract earlier and instead of a crappy American idiot CD, he can work with some good producers and get a great CD made. I would love to see him work with Quincey Jones.

it's not even that i'm sad that he was eliminated because i know he'll do great things...i'm just sad. the title doesn't necessarily mean anything by the time it gets to the top 3 but it's the principle. i wanted him to win.

but i'm happy that we can still support him.

that's true... but life is never perfect and when we get over this obstacle, it will only make us all stronger in the long run- and prove that E will have an incredible long career ahead of him.

I absolutely believe Elliott IS better off not winning the title...but it still sucks knowing he was the BEST VOCAL PERFORMER of the 3 & he's out while they compete for the win. :furious: grrrrrrr, still upsets me....shoot fire, I'm still crying! (Although THANKFULLY it's sporadic now. My poor eyeballs would be falling out if I hadn't slowed down on the waterworks! :drowning:

My bad-- Elliott cannot have an "official" site at this point in time- however, it is the site where you can get updates on E and I believe it is updated pretty often.

Sorry about saying that was the "official" site. We aren't really familiar with all of the rules and apparently there are many of them. It was just the easiest to refer to it that way, that's all. Sorry...didn't mean to cause trouble or anything by calling it that.

I sure hope so, E has touched a special place in my heart and I want to continue to show him the love in any way that I can.

I (we) really do appreciate the updates on E and his family. It's almost as if I've grown to know them. Please let each of them know they are in my prayers and I love them all. Thank them for allowing me to share a part of their wonderful lives and relationships. I feel so blessed. I hope to stay on top of all that's happening for E, he deserves the world.
