I just love this series! It is never boring, with its great episodes--there's lots of humor and interesting cases. And Patrick Dempsey is HOT!!! :wub:

I love this show. I'm even tivo'ing the reruns and watching them again! Grey's Anatomy is just as good the second time around. The storylines are great and some are quite humorous. I think Alex Karev is hot, too. Even if he was a jerk to Izzie. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS SHOW! :woohoo:

GA is my fave show! I LOVE it! I'm a Meredith/McDreamy shipper. I love them together. I know alot of people are falling of the Mere/Dere boat but it's going to take alot for me to do that.
The good thing about the show for me is, I like all the characters. Some shows I'm not that lucky.

LOVE Grey's Anatomy! HATE Meredith. She's such a whiney little b*tch. (sorry!) And the fact that her eyes are only ever half open kinda freaks me out. The funny thing about this show is that they started it off as the Meredith actress being the central figure/big breakout star, and now she's faded into the backround with Patrick Dempsey/Chandra Wilson (Dr. Bailey)/Sandra Oh/Katherine Heigl (Izzy) being the characters everyone talks about. Which is the way it should be - they are the best actors on the show. The girl who plays Meredith has almost no charisma. I'm not too fond of Mrs. McDreamy, but I'd rather the doc be with her than Meredith. Personally, now that Denny Duquette is gone, I'd prefer him to hook up w/ Izzy, but that's not gonna happen anytime soon. Speaking of Denny - I was devastated when he died. I was so in love with him, and loved the story of him & Izzy. (sob!) I really wanted to see their relationship 'blossom' in the real world - meaning, outside of the hospital. Oh well. I hope Izzy gets an equally fabulous guy, because she deserves it.

Nothing wrong with that! It's just that good of a show! I was so mad at Meredith for hooking up with Derek at the end of the season! The Vet would be so good for her but that is her problem she can't be with the good guy. I feel for Mrs. McDreamy--she needs to go with McSteamy (now that guy is H-O-T) he will appreciate her unlike Derek! I love all the supporting players too.

Christina/Burke--He's starting to break her tough shell
Izzie & Alex--I'm hoping they try to get together again
George & Callie--even though she may be too much woman for him--I was just happy that they put a Latina character on the show.
Bailey aka The Nazi--is the best! She's funny and tough when she has to be.

I can't bring myself to like Meredith at all, she is a bit pathetic, perhaps reminds me of my pathetic side. I agree that Mrs. McDreamy can do better than Mr. Wimpy McDreamy. (Sorry he should have left her, if he really was a man and accept the truth).

I agree with you that Meredith kinda reminds me of myself, also. When I was a foolish 20-something dating this wishy-washy guy who kept me hanging on. Going back to his ex-girlfriend and then wanting to get back together with me. :furious: It took me awhile to finally put my foot down and kick that guy to the curb. Plus it didn't help that we worked together....I highly recommend that you don't date co-workers! I speak from experience!
I love George! I just hated when he was pining over Meredith. I'm glad he's got his own woman now--who does wash her hands! :lol:

Wow, I guess I'm the only Mere lover here. I think she is great! And I'm a huge Mere/McDreamy shipper, too. I just think they are right for one another.

But I still think she is coming from a honest place. And I can see myself in her, which I'm not proud to admit, sometimes. For me, if I was her, it would be really really hard for me to resist McDreamy too. There is just something about him.

I do not like George w/ Callie...at all. I want George w/ Izzie. I think they would make a awesome couple. Callie just comes off as too pathetic and loser-esque for me. Telling George she loves him only after dating him for, what, like a week? No. Not cool.

I agree about Callie, she tends to be dominate George.

He needs a wild sex kitten, Izzie, whose character I love.

She is not afraid to speak her mind, she is tough, yet has a very vulnerable side. Her and Sandra Oh are my favorites.

Sandra Oh's character makes me so mad all the time. She needs therapy. Seriously. It would make her a better person :no:

I just want George to find a true love, he deserves it. At first I loved his little crush on Mere then she started acting like he barely exsisted THEN the whole sleeping together debacle really soured me on that. Then came Callie. I thought it was awesome that someone showed genuine interest in George. But, IMO, she became a nightmare. Trying to rush through the relationship and all. I think Izzie genuinely loves and respects George. And that is what he needs. To be unconditally(sp?) loved by someone. I think w/ Izzie it could grow into more than just a friendship if given a chance.

My mom and I love this show! We just started watching it a few months ago, and now we're watching all the reruns. We can't believe that we didn't watch it from the beginning.

The writing is great, the acting is great. It really captures our attention...and of course there's McDreamy. :wub: Not only is he gorgeous, but I love his speaking voice. It is so sexy.

Ditto! That last episode I saw was "Into You Like a Train"--the one where a man named Tom and a woman named Bonnie were "barbecued" with a pole. What an emotional episode! The doctors had to play god and choose which of the two patients gets to live or die. I was teary-eyed when the doctors told Bonnie she was probably gonna die 'coz she had the lesser chance of surviving. And in spite of that, she still kept on cracking jokes.

i saw that one!! it was very intense, i felt really sorry for that girl cause i think she had a bf and she didnt want to see him or something like that
the last one i saw mm i can't remember the name of the episode but it was when Meredith met her dog's cute doctor ! and christina walked naked in her kitchen and george saw her and Burke told him to get out

That episode broke my heart! The way she refered to her fiance' (I can't remember his name) but it was like "My Bobby." Oh it was so cute and heartbreaking at the same time! :cry: :bawl:

I think that has to be my favorite episode of any tv show I've ever watched. Unfortunately I started to lose interest in GA after that. I am hoping to get back into it when season 3 starts. It is a wonderful show. George is my favorite character! T.R. Knight is so adorable. I am also a huge Patrick Demspey fan and have been for years.

I love this show so much! I've been watching all of the reruns this summer on Sunday nights and Thursday nights. It's awesome. Best show on tv IMO (followed by Boston Legal.)

I've been watching the reruns too. This show is just so good it is worth a second, third and even fourth look! I love all the characters. They've got a great cast and the writers of the show are awesome!

I forgot, but I did catch the end. I still get chills watching that final scene with Kyle Chandler. I think he would have made a great addition to the show if his fate hadn't been decided in one episode. Anyway, I am looking forward to getting back into this show. I have missed watching it. I saw a promo today for the new season starting on September 21st. Can't wait!

I need to buy the dvds, because I'm a farely new fan of the show, and even with the reruns, I feel like I missed something. I mean, I have the general idea of what happened in the series, but I need to get all the details. :P

It boggles my mind that more of the actors didn't receive Emmy nominations. (And I am po'd about my sweet James Spader not getting a nod for Boston Legal. Love that show, too!)

I don't understand the fasination with the "McDreamy" guy though. I just don't find him attractive at all. Specially the char.. cheating on your wife and then getting jealous when your other woman starts seeing people? What a load of bullcrap.
Chars like that just piss me off too much for me to ever like them.
