Of course Elliott's falsetto isn't up to par with doing the ad-libs, though they do sound beautiful. He could hire background vocalists to tackle the feat. The song has an intimate, jazzy feel to it. The band and instruments aren't overcrowding the vocals AND BEST OF ALL the lyrics are tintilating. Imagine if E sang these lyrics, women would melt. The vocalist is already singing in the soul/jazz genre of E and their styles are similar. E would have to sing the song an octave lower than the artist.

Agreed, Eric Benet is sweet. I have that CD 'Hurricane" I want to be loved is a great song. I still would want E to sing "For All We Know" by Donny Hathaway. He would be incredible singing that song.
