Jon Stewart is my Idol!! I love that guy! The daily show is one of the funniest on the air today IMO.

well, everyone can see my love for Stephen Colbert but, I will always love Jon Stewart and the Daily Show the most.

There is nothing I look forward to more than staying up late to watch some funny (but still real) news.

That's the way I like my news served, with a side of humor! You have to laugh to survive in these troubled times. Jon Stewart is exactly what we need to get through the day. It's a shame he's off Fri-Sun.

I miss Stephen Colbert too. Also Steve Carrell was awesome when he was on back in the day. He used to do this food segment that was hilarious.

Oh my, Steve Carrell!! What can I say! He was flippin' hilarious. His wife, Nancy was also pretty funny too.

You don't have to be sad about Colbert! Just watch the Colbert Report (Repor) after The Daily Show!!!

Oh man love Jon Stewart. I love the This Week In God segments with that bald guy.

And the trendspotting, even though they only do it like twice a year.

Of course I love watching Steven Colbert too. Especially when he interviewed Tony Hawk.

I was just saying last night to my husband that they need to do trendspotting more. I LOVE THAT SEGMENT!!!

Have you all seen the "Poll Smoking" segments with the new British guy? That's another good one.

Rob Corddry--I just look at him and laugh! When he did that segment with his younger brother, Nate...it was too much! :lol:

I haven't watched it recently. But I always love this show when I can catch it. Don't think I've seen the "poll smoking." What's that like?

Love my daily dose of Jon Stewart and his show, I laugh so loud and love his news segments and his interviews. I would love to meet him some day as he really makes us think about the issues, while laughing, He is another adorable short guy, talented, just like E. plus I love Jon even more when he used that clip of Elliott in his show.

To me, the Daily Show is the Mad Magazine of political journalism. The writing is just masterful. I do miss Stephen Colbert on there, but he did deserve his own show (I love that one, too). Jon Stewart is a sexy beast.

Jon Stewart is hilarious! He always has very clever jokes and is very intelligent as well. He is my second favorite Political/Social Comic to Bill Maher.

Oh yeah, another Bill Maher fan! He rocks too. Real Time w/ Bill Maher is back on HBO starting next Friday I think! We may have to start another thread for him!

I watched last night and was laughing at a bit by Rob Corddry .... when Jon Stewart said this was Rob's LAST WEEK on the show.

Did anyone else hear this? It was when Robb was doing the bit with his head popping out from a toilet.

I will miss him. Wonder what he's got going on?
