Awesome and thanks!! You will find a wonderful bunch of people here!! I met some ETrainers during the Richmond Concert and let me tell you, I was impressed with the camaraderie and the down to earth attitude everybody possessed!!

A comment on the technical side of things -- some of the image files are a lot larger than they need to be given the size at which they display. Really a killer on a dial-up connection. pEace to all!

The size of the photos are managed by the posters of the photos. A good size for the boards is VGA quality or 640x480 pixels. Just about any photo editing program (and some photo sites) allow you to resize large images.
