Amanda said lots of people have asked her to keep them updated on her situation. As many of you know, she was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, a treatable but still very dangerous form of Leukemia.

Amanda called me just now from St. Judes Hospital for Children. She said they just took mucho blood samples from her, as well as taking blood from all her immediate family to try to find the best donor. She was just about to be wheeled into the operating room to have her bone marrow scan, for which they are putting her under.

She said she hasn't eaten since around 11 last night and can't wait to get this over with so she can have a big meal! She will call later on, after the procedure when she awakens and is feeling up to it...Thanks for all your prayers and good wishes...Amanda feels very supported by the E-Train!

I've been reading about Amandarhea on here. My prayers go out to her. She's lucky that she became an Elliott fan. Her love of him and his music will take her through the rough times and help with her recovery. She's one brave girl.

Amanda just called. She said she was awake before they even wheeled her out of the operating room, and the first thing she asked for was a pair of green socks.

When she was falling asleep, right before the procedure, all she wanted to talk about was Elliott, she said, "The best way to get me calmed down is just get me talkin' about Idol." She said the doctors and nurses were real nice to her, and they just kept talking and talking with her about Elliott and idol. Amanda said they are all Elliott fans there except for one person who is a Taylor fan, which of course was fine with Amanda! She sound really happy, and was SO happy to hear about all your messages.

hey my wonderful E fans i love you all so much thanks for all the prayers and the support.

the people here are so amazing.

iits just so sad to look at all the people here all the little children who are so sick and its like WHY you know. but they are so strong.

a nurse and i were talking and they were saying that these kids know nothing else except being sick to them everyone is like them they all have so much fun together. i dno its different.

but thanks for the prayers you etrainers are amazing i love you all.

Hey everyone i havent had any sleep yet. but hey im good.


LISE i had chicken strips and fries for lunch and just had two pieces of pizza for supper and oh i had a ice cream cone haha.........i was hungry.


well nana i have been admitted here but i wont stay just for tonite.....i will have to come back here though every week.......

im really scared this will screw up my school.....

i know we have men on here but i will say this.....we are in talks with some of the ppl about taking eggs out of me just in case that way i will one day be able to have kids just in case the meds mess up my women stuff.

i asked them this cause i know i wont be able to fight this if i cant have kids cause to me having kids is the most important thing in the world to me.


but thank you all so much for all the prayers you guys are awesome......and dont worry im spreading the E love everywhere here.
