Review

saturday i got up at like 8:30 cause i was too excited to sleep!! brian and i went and had breakfast and then walked around to try to find busses, which we had no luck at any of the near by hotels, so we ended up going to the bradley center to meet amanda and kelly and there were some of the idol's busses there! it was only about 11:30 at this point. so we hung out for a while and then a bus came so we went over to the baracades to see if it was the idols, it wasn't, but we decided to stay over there cause we were really close and could see great.

so there was these 2 people there and they were talking to security about beanies and long hair and i was like, "i think that's ace's parents" and yeah it was....we kinda talked to them, actually i talked to them more later on that day, but they were really nice!! so then the idols' busses came and it got kinda crazy awesome!!

ace came over right away to give his parents passes and then he was talking to them for a while and he was RIGHT next to us! he was so damn sexy!! so he started doing autographs and stuff and he's still next to me and i see elliott get off the bus and it really hit me then that i was seeing my idol in person that close so i kinda screamed "OMG it's Elliott" and i kinda started to cry a bit (initial reaction) and yeah, Ace looked at me and laughed and then was like, "oh I'll have to make sure he comes out to see you then"

so i got an autograph and pic with ace and omg i got a hug and it was like hot hug sex!! anthony's hug got put to shame with this kid's hug!! him and his giant muscles that squeeze you!! omg, i'm melting again just thinking about it!! :D oh and ace was talking about the gorgeous weather!! oh and also, he was so freaking nice....definately one of the most genuinely nicest people i've ever met!!

so Bucky came out next and he's so cute!! i totally love him!! i got a pic and an autograph from him as well....he was so much taller than i thought he'd be, but i love him to pieces! he's adorable!! and so nice!! and i love his accent!! later on when he was walking around by the busses i'm constantly wave to him and he'd always wave back!! i was so giddy!

i believe taylor came out next and he just kinda went quickly and signed autographs but nothing really personal. no pics of hugs, just real quick. kinda felt like we were getting the cold shoulder....i'm giving my autograph from him to zach's mom cause she absolutely adores him and i really could care less!! it means more to her than to me and i met him so it's all good!

then chris came out and he was so sick, i felt bad cause he had like no voice so he said he'd just do autographs and then come back for pics if he could.....and he did come back later to do pics, he said he didn't have press so he could come back out!! he was a sweetie!!

so then it was almost meet and greet time and no one else was coming out and elliott was way back smoking :( so we started to walk away and then out comes elliott, you know it figures! cause we lost our AMAZING spot!! but it was fine we just stood further down the line.

i was totally freaking out and amanda was trying to keep me calm, but i did well! so he finally got to us and i guess he said "hey queen yamin" cause everyone heard it but me, i was in total shock!! even people who weren't in our group heard it and told me about it!! :) omg he was so nice and cute and so everything i imagined!! i love him so much!! he just signed his name for everyone but he wrote me a message and it was personalized!! he took my cd book and hesitated for a minute and then was like, "what's your name" it was kinda cute...so anyways he wrote, "Amanda, thanx and God bless you SWEETIE!! Elliott Yamin" kinda made my life!! i got a huge amazing hug and a pic!! between kelly and i, there's about 4000 pics of him up close on my cameras!! GAH!!!!

so after that we tried to see if there were any extra M&G's but they're weren't, so we went back to the hotel for a few minutes and then we met up with Jenna, her friend, Jenn, and her friend at Turner's for dinner! That was fun! I like IDF group dinners! after that we went and got people to sign elliott's banner outside the venue. then we went in and got merch....

so then the concert....

i love the beginning when they play the idol music!! it makes me soooooo happy!! our seats were SO close it was so amazing!!

ok so

Mandisa: she was really good, she always is....and she's just cute!! and she made this little speech about how we should keep our dreams big cause there's a big somebody watching over us. I loved her duet with Ace, they sounded FABULOUS together!!!

Ace: omg talk about mind-blowing orgasm!! he's amazing, there's no other words for it!! Father Figure was sooo good, i was kinda bummed though that he didn't sing the 2nd verse :( um and i meant to take a pic of him stripping off his jacket, but i kinda recorded it, so i have a video of it!! can't complain with that one :)

Lisa: i knew she would blow me away and she totally did!! she's so talented it's not even funny!! and she's amazing on the keyboard/piano!! i loved "your song"!! she smiled at my sign for her!!

Paris: she was just like i expected her to be and just like she was on the show. that girl is 100 ootylicious!! she's cute and fun to watch but not my favorite singer

Bucky: like my sign said, I love Bucky!! he's so great and so much fun!! he did great!! i especially loved "Superstitious" he makes me smile!! and he totally pointed to my sign!!

I loved him and Kellie's duet!! it was really cute!! they're cute together!! Kellie did ok, she was a little out of it, but she was just sick so i understand....she was cute though!! always is!!

then it was intermission,

then Chris came on, it went totally crazy, like i expected. not a fan of chris' singing. love him as a person!! i think he's amazing at his type of music and i respect him so much but it's just not my type of music. i was scared for him though cause he had like no voice when we met him and then he was singing so hard. i hope he doesn't strain his vocal chords...

my boy was up next!!

Elliott blew me away!! i was screaming for him and freaking out and it was amazing!! and he was wearing the shirt that was on my t-shirt...kinda made me smile!! :) moody's mood for love killed me!! it was so freaking awesome!! i got 1:20 of it on video! everyone was sitting for that and i was like, "hell if i sit for my man" but it made the video better! he's so talented!! and then trouble was to die for as well!!

then the boys came out and sang Patience, which was so pretty!!

then Kat and omg i love her!! she is so beautiful and so talented and i'm so sick of people saying that she's acting and faking sick and hates her fans cause she's just so nice and amazing!! and she saw brian and i's signs and she gave us that smile that you know means how grateful she was...she teared up a bit after SOTR, which was amazing as was BHIACT! love her!! always will!!

taylor came out and he was taylor. he was fun to watch but idk, i've never been his biggest fan. i liked DIMYP and i loved TITTS

the encore stuff was awesome!! we held up all our signs and got acknowledged for all of them....i feel like i didn't really see the group songs cause i was so determined to get elliott to see my "blow me a kiss elliott" sign and i had to have it on video so i was having brian tape it....so the first time he saw it he blew me 3 kisses, and i think he recognized my shirt cause i was really close to the stage on the aisle and he smiled and pointed at me like he remembered, but brian didn't get it on tape so i was like, "nope we have to do it again" haha and it worked!! cause i held it up and he blew me like 4 kisses and pointed to me!! so then at the end of the song i held up my "sing it like yamin it" sign and he pointed to me and blew me a big kiss and the lady behind me freaks out and was like, "OMG elliott just pointed to you and blew you a kiss" it was cute!! cause i was freaking out too!! so i got like 8 kisses from him! :D

so then brian and i ran out while they were bowing so we could get up close for by the busses and we did get right up in our original afternoon spots. none of the idols came out, but it was ok and i still had a great time waiting!! i held up my sign for kat when the girls bus drove away and she waved and just gave us this smile which you could meant that she was just so thankful for her fans :) i love her!!

Awesome review. I loved the review, pictures and videos. I had the biggest smile on my face while reading about your adventures and looking at the pictures.

Congrats on meeting Elliott. I'm glad that he was a great as you thought that he would be.

I'm happy that you had such a good time at the concert. The kisses and the point from Elliott from the stage were so cute. It's nice that you had it recorded. The picture of the hug and the picture of you two together are things to treasure.
