Ingredients:

5 lb Chicken thighs
1 1/2 Cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1 1/2 C Brown sugar
1/2 C Water

Cooking Instructions:

Mix soy sauce, sugar and water (if too sweet at more soy sauce, if too salty add more sugar). Place chicken in baking pan and pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 375 for 1 hour (turn pieces over at least once while baking).

Shoyu, bra. I forgot outside Hawaii it's called soy sauce! How funny...

Like "pau", instead of finished or done. I like the recipe nice and easy, if it's too complicated i fall apart. Thanks.

The original recipe calls for Aloha Shoyu. Can't find that here in California so we have to use Kikkoman. Never use La Choy. Junk da bugga. :D

I like simple too. One of my time favorite haole kine meals is "Rock-n-Roll Shrimp Wrap." I'll put that up too. Very easy, low-cal and delicious.
