My husband and I watched Paolo on London Live last night and we both sat there kind of awe-struck. Right after watching, we decided we needed to buy his album ASAP. Apparently, he has been selling out venues in the UK based almost entirely on word of mouth. He's half Scottish, half Italian, and all-out talented! I'd never heard of him until yesterday, now I can't wait to hear more.

From a friend who went and saw him in London. She came back and was all giddy about him, she's what got me into him.

What a unique voice!! I can't believe he's only 19, his singing is so beyond his years. i hear shades of Rod Stewart in his voice also. Thank you for introducing him to us!

Can you tell me what "Top of the Pops" is? Is it some kind of British variety show or or something? Someone posted a link to you tube of Paolo singing his song "Last Request" and I absolutely flipped. He is fantastic!! Then I listened to his cover of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" and I liked it more. Wow, what a phenomenal talent.

He's got a free song on itunes right now, "New Shoes." I remembered there was a thread here about him so I thought I'd get the song since it's free. Very cool song! He's got a great voice and I will definitely check out more of his songs.

Love Paolo Nutini!!!!!! I'd love to buy his cd but it takes 1-3 months for delivery on Amazon so I'm buying singles from iTunes as they are released. He, along with a ton of other great artists (Van Morrison, Gnarls Barkley. Los Lonley Boys, The Subdudes, John Mayer......) played at this years Austin Limits Festival in September. That would have been a great festival to attend!!!
Paolo has a raw, sensual quality to his voice & lyrics.
