I really enjoyed season 1 better, but I am still hooked.

Will Brie and her son reunite?

I got behind on the shows from Season 2, since I tape them. My mom and I sat and watched so many of them in a row, that we felt like we were crazy. I mean, what else could possibly happen to these loons? Even normal Lynette's life is getting turned upside down now with that wacko lady that her husband knocked up. If Brie hooks up with the dentist like was hinted in the last episode, I'm gonna kick her butt. She goes from one psycho to the next! And, why did the dentist want to run Mike over? Hmmm, it is going to be an interesting 3rd season!!! I love it!!!

Yeah, that's what I thought, too...but at the very end of the last episode (after he ran Mike over), he knocked on Brie's door and she invited him in or something. They knew each other from the place she was staying for her problems. I swear I need to watch that episode again in order to take it all in. It was filled to the rim with bizarreness! :blink: :lol:

I really hope Andrew gets some kinda of reprimand for everything he has done.

The storyline I'm waiting for is Lynette's. I have a feeling it will strain her marriage because remember, she said she had already given up on him before she found out the truth.

This show wasn't as great as its first season but those Emmy guys really don't know what they're doing because DH is definitely at least top5 best shows right now.

Well, I didn't. I felt even sorrier for Bree, even though she left Andrew in the middle of nowhere. Remember, he still managed to mock her, telling her that he had won, blah blah blah. Tears rolled down Bree's face as she drove away and watched her son from the rearview mirror so I think it hurt her more than it hurt Andrew. It was painful for her to do what she really didn't want to but felt she had to, to teach her son a lesson.

BTW, I heard somewhere that one of the main characters is going to die??? :no: :no: :no:

Just a few more days till the season premiere. I can't believe that Brie might marry that new psycho guy who ran over Mike. :blink: And Lynnette has that new psycho lady to deal with now. :blink: I hope Mike will be okay.

I can't wait to see what all kind of madness incurs this season. The season finale left my head spinning with all the craziness. I'm glad I don't live on Wysteria Lane. :lol:

who wants the spoiler scope? EW had some spoiler hints about what happens to Mike and Susan.

Brie will not marry that guy. We know that from the previews.

Susan will get engage to the guy whose wife is in a coma, then Susan luck, the wife wakes up, and he has to decides to stay with his wife.

Okay I am so confused (as usual lol). Why did Bre's fiance run down Mike with the car last season? Was it because of Susan?? And if that is the case, why is he after Bre?

Ahhhh I had forgotten all about that scene! I guess that will be explored more in the coming weeks. I would bet money that Mike will be waking up from his coma soon.

Ooooohh and Dougray Scott!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw his name flash on my tv screen! I loved him in Everafter and Mission Impossible 2! Can't believe he is on the show. I thought Kyle McLaughlin was a bnus - he was my absolute favorite on Twin Peaks.

ooooo the show was sooo good last night! Brie and Orson? ooo I smell something fishily kinky. :blink: oh yes...and what's with Tom's (correct me if I'm wrong, I missed the beginning) cheat staying at their home? oi...anyways, can't wait for next week...oooh this is my fall obsession. :D

I really wish they wouldn't have added the nutcase into Tom and Lynnette's lives. They were the only ones who were sorta normal, and I think that helped balance things out. If I was Lynnette, I think I would absolutely lose my freakin mind! :blink: I mean, how do you adjust to something like that after all those years?

I miss the Applewhites! Are they totally written off the show now? That kinda sucks. :angry:

LOL, I was just gonna to respond Flipboys. I was going to say that I just assumed it would be a male couple. The thought of lesbians didn't even enter my mind! I wonder what actors will play them. This is such a cool development.

This season has been a little crazy so far. I hope that Mike's memory comes back soon. He knows some dirt on Bree's psycho husband, and that's why he ran him over. I hope that since Mike has gone back in time a few years, that he is able to remember the dirt on him.

I loved how that b**** Edie is poisoning Mike's mind against Susan.

Hey, what's the deal with the opening credits this season? They pretty much leave Nicollette Sheridan out in the cold. They show the other 4 posing together at the end of the opening credits. I know that Nicollette (Edie) doesn't have as large of a role, but still I think it's ignorant, and another way to cause friction between the ladies.

I didn't notice that! I'll have to keep an eye out for it next week. Maybe it's because she is kind of on the outside of the circle of friends? You never see her at any of their little get-togethers at each others' houses. I guess I'll have to see it again before I can really comment on it. Although from your description it does seem like something like that would definitely cause more friction behind the scenes.

Oh and a little off topic but I voted for Dougray Scott to be the next James Bond in Casino Royale, NOT that blond guy Daniel Craig (IMO he's mucho icky!). Dougray's character on Desperate Housewives if kinda wimpy (and SO tired looking) compared to his other roles (villain in Mission Impossible 2 - my favorite role of his) and I'm not sure how I feel about him with Susan on the show. He's so much better playing the baaaddd guy! I guess with the way this show unfolds he very well could turn bad.

I think I read in the TV Guide that his character will be on all season or at least for awhile, so I guess we'll have to see what he does next. I don't think that he and Susan are through yet. Mike is too busy getting brainwashed by Edie. :angry:

Now I love Lynette's storyline. I'm glad that Nina finally showed her true intentions for Tom. Should be funny how Lynette will beat her down.

Gabrielle's storyline is too messed up. She does not have to be nice but what she did was just evil.

I love how they're showing the contrast between Susan and Edie. Their hairs were brunette and blonde, shorts vs. pants, dark and light outfits. I'm not one to notice all of that but I read that somewhere and it's supposed to just spur on their rivalry this season.

Lastly, Bree needs to win an award. The carpet comment and the thanking of the shrink was absolutely hilarious!

who will get it next week?

My bet is on Nina.

well, haven't been in this discussion for a while, but I must say...oooo Edie with Mike= bad! hee and last week with Nina and Lynette...ouch catfight coming, I can smell it!

anyways...next week shall be an interesting episode! :D
