Filming for the fifth film, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, has been taking place in Oxfordshire at Blenheim Palace.

COOL!! Thanks for the pics!! I LOVE Harry Potter. I am so excited for the next film...& the next book. I am praying Mizz. Rowling does some good things for Harry, finally, he has had a ROUGH 6 years! I would be devastated if she killed off Harry, Ron or Hermione. I would never forgive her...

Anybody hear the rumors that Harry wouldn't be back for the next movie? Or maybe I dreamed that. Seems like he's reluctant to star in the last movie. Hope that's not the case.

I watched both the first and second film today. I generally like the books better because a great deal of details are left out of the movies. Still, I always have and will see the other 3 movies too. Very cool.

Hmm...I have a question. Isn't Tonks supposed to have short, pink hair??

Since Tonks is a Metamorphmagus, she can change her hair color from purple to pink to any other color she wants. I just don't know why the Tonks in the movie has medium length hair, as Tonks' hair is supposed to be short and spiky.

Yeah that's what I was wondering. Maybe she'll change it later on in the movie??

No Weasley is our King storyline in OOTP

Bad news for those who are looking forward to a good grudge match in the Order of the Phoenix film next summer! We've been informed that there is no storyline in the movie surrounding Ron's Quidditch hardships, nor has there been any filming on broomsticks done by Rupert. We're led to believe that this means there will be no Quidditch in the fifth film at all. We hope to learn more soon!

I really wanted to see Rupert on a broom and hear the cheer...I hope this is a rumor. :banghead:

Cool! I liked the first three movies, but I thought the fourth was a good movie, but just not good for the series- no winky, no Bagman, and Barty Crouch tortured Neville's parents- not Bela?

It was weird, but I'm looking forward to the movie. I get worried when they cast new characters. I'm not impressed with Tonks, but I'm really impressed with the girl who plays Luna.

I was very sad when I found they were only casting in the U.K. because I look a lot like Luna, and heck, from all the time I've spent reading the books, I probably have a brittish accent! lol

thanks for the update. Does anyone know if they are planning to make this movie into 2 movies, have an intermission, or any of the other things that were rumored? Are they really gonna cut a 900 page book into 2 and a half hours? tikes.

A couple of days ago, there was a rumor that there will be no "Weasley is our King" storyline in The Order of the Phoenix.

In a new exclusive interview done by RupertGrint.net, Rupert says there will be no Quidditch at all in the fifth movie.

you want to know what's weird? When I first heard the announcment of who was going to play Umbridge I looked her up on IMDB.com... I thought she looked PERFECT for the part! But now that I see her in costume everything, I don't think she looks right... She looks much more Umbridge like as herself!

I know she is supposed to be more "toad" like but I've always imagened her like this, I don't know why. And I've always imagened Luna as a brunette even though it clearly says in the books that she's blond...but I just see a brunnete in my head when I read about her. :blink: It's really weird.

LOL isn't it funny how you can do things like that? Even though it clearly describes a character as looking or sounding one way, you can imagine them completely different!

LOL it is. It's really weird. Whenever I read the books and Luna comes up the image of a brunette comes to my head and then i have to stop and try to change it but it never works :P

Oh and about the DA picture...Dean is sooo tall! Look at his legs!

I KNOW!!! Dean is a giant!!! :shocked: Especially standing next to the shortest kid in the picture!

I always thought the Weasly Twins would be the tallest people in the movie... Looks like Dean might catch up!

Yeah I always thought that the Weasley twins were the tallest ones. It looks like Ron has some catching up to do because he's supposed to be really tall too.

Yay Harry Potter fans! I'm really excited about the new movie. I'm CRUSHED about the no Weasley is Our King storyline, because it's one of my favorite things! I ADORE Ron, and the actor who plays him, the lovely Rupert Grint. I really was sad about no Winky in GOF, but it still was a pretty good movie. Umbridge looks a little less toady, and kind of tall...but she really needs the VOICE more than anything...AHEM!

Funny thing about the twins is they're supposed to be short and stocky, and Ron is supposed to be tall and freckly. At least they all can act, that's what matters most!

I can't wait to see pictures of Sirius...I miss him! And nymphadora, I hadn't seen the pictures from Snape's Worst Memory...wow!

I can talk about HP all day.

I wish they could just make this movie 3 hours...heck, LOTR had 3.5 hour movies...we can handle it!
