I was excited to see Desmond back at the end of season two, I didn't realize that I missed him until his sad,crazy eyes and scruffy face showed up on the sailboat(and now he's a regular cast member) It's so nice to know this lovely man in on my island :rolleyes:

I used to like Charlie, until he started becomining a total asshole. He'll never get me back to liking him, specially not after what he did to help Sawyer get the guns by smacking Sun over the head.

Eko seems kinda cool, but too quiet. I think I'd like him more if he went psycho like he was in the past killer crazy some more on the others :P heh

Uhm... oh and Locke really lost me last season as well.
He was so strong and cool the first season, and then all of a sudden they wanted to make him weak and so freaking gullible.

But anyways... it's late and I need to go to bed heh...

I couldn't watch all the episodes last season,but still,LOST it's my second favorite show.And my favorite character is Locke,I used to think that he was an angel or something like that,well I don't anymore,but I hope his story this year develop into something really good.

I think I will wait for season 3 to start before I get on to Charlie about the way he acted in the season finale. For all we know right now, he might already checked to see if Locke and the others were okay, found them perfectly fine, and then started flirting with Claire.

Lots of spoilers in the Oct. 4th TV guide. Like last year, they're gonna show the season premiere on the beach in Waikiki. Luckily it's about ten minutes from my apartment, so I'm gonna check it out. The kind of good thing about Hawaii is that the locals don't really go to these type of things, so it might actually be enjoyable not too crowded. I didn't get to see Elliott in concert but maybe I'll get to see some of the LOSTIES in person.

That was a pretty darn good season premeire!

I dunno though.... I think I might've liked it better when the Others were more mysterious and rarely seen.
Not that the show doesn't have a ton of stuff that's still a mystery though!!

I actually have seen the actor playing the leader of the others, Michael Emerson, on stage. He is a phenemonal actor!

MAN that was a good season opener! Here are a few of my Comments and Questions!

-I really didn't see it coming that the Others lived in a nice little neighborhood on the island! I thought that was so weird! But kinda cool... ALSO, in one of the Orientation videos, I think they mentioned something about a utopian society experiment. Do you think that's what was going on?

- You know what's weird? Last season when Micheal Emerson came on as Henry Gale, and was captured by Jack and Locke, I thought he was totally cool!! But now seeing more of him, I don't think he's as cool. It's like, I liked Henry Gale, but I'm not crazy about Ben - even though they're the same character!! lol I'm curious as to what the relationship between Ben and Juliet is (That is their names, right?). They seemed close, but yet distant at the same time. Like maybe they used to be close...Does that make sense? :P

-I too am curious as to why they told Kate that she's gonna have such a terrible time, but not Jack or Sawyer. Also, why were they all being kept in animal cages??

- I thought it was so funny when Sawyer got all happy about getting that Fish Biscuit! And he started directing the music with his hands! HAHA! And when Jack ran into the plastic window? PRICELESS!

-Do you guys think the other guy in the cage (Carl?) is a real prisoner, or someone that the Others planted there to get on Sawyers good side? And Juliet was being really friendly to Jack. Do you think that she's there to get on Jacks good side?

Amunet, expect one more Jack flashback before the seasons over! Almost every character gets a flashback a season, and the main ones usually get two! Sorry! :console:

I think bad things happened to Jack after his wife leaves him, maybe I'll feel sympathetic towards him because right now I just think he's a big jerk... yeah he's a doctor and he is helping everybody, BUT I don't like the way he talks down to everyone. I guess because he is the "Man of Science" he is very disrepectful of the "Man of Faith" men...Locke, Desmond,Eko

BTW, I went to the premiere on the beach Saturday night...IT WAS PACKED! They said there was about 10-15 thousand people, but I don't know about that.The whole Season 3 cast was there, go to youtube to see the cast introductions, type in Lost Season 3 Premiere(sorry I don't know how to link)

Anyway, I can't believe that whole community exists in that damn island. It's like "could we get anymore questions" (Chandler Bing), now that lady refers to Henry Gale as Ben, what the heck was that? I always have my jaw dropped when I watch this show.

I thought the first episode of this was a bit of a letdown. Too much Jack for me. Not enough plot. And how come Jack didn't ask something useful when that Juliet girl gave him the opportunity?

But next episode seems a lot more exciting. :D

What do you think they're gonna do about Walt's growth spurt? I mean, the timeline is supposed to be taking place so far in under 2 months' time, but in real-time, little Walt is going through puberty (maybe that's why they barely showed him when Michael found him last season). How are they going to explain that?? Just wondering if anyone else thought about this.

I thought they showed him quite a bit when Micheal found him last season. He didn't really look much older. Does the actor look older now?

I thought it was curious that Juliet's mother was at her door to stop by, like they have lived there a long time...I think whatever the Dharma Initiative was it failed somewhere along the line and has evolved into what it is now...some kind of strangely controlled living environment...just a thought!

Eliottcat, my hubby and I definitely noticed that Walt has been going through a growth spurt. He no longer looked like a little boy, but an adolescent. Makes sense, since I'd read he was 10 or 11 when he started the show 2 years ago.

Oh.. Also.. Carl (the young guy in the other cave) could be a tailie! Maybe that's why at the beginning of the episode when they're recapping, we hear Ana Lucia's voice telling us how many they took etc.

Carl could be someone they took the first or 2nd night they were there

That new lady is deceptively nice. I mean, she's all, let me help you Jack, can I trust you Jack. Then, she stung Sawyer with that thing. But her face is disarming. Why does she have a file on Jack and why did she call Henry, Ben? We're off to great start again.

MY THOUGHTS AND QUESTIONS ABOUT THE LAST EPISODE

What the crap was with Sayid?!?? His plan was so dumb! "We'll start a fire, lure them out, and then Jin and I will kidnap two of them and kill the rest." What the crap made him think they'd be able to do? For all he knew, a whole army could have come! How were the two fo them supposed to kill all those people??

So you know in the flashback Jin was supposed to kill that guy but couldn't and as he was walking to his car the man fell from his window and landed on Jin's car? Does anyone else think that maybe the guy didn't jump, but was actually pushed by someone? It kinda seemed like that to me. I mean, he was pleading for his life! Didn't seem like someone who wanted to die. I also thought it seemed like it might've been Sun that pushed him since the scene after that was that Other lady saying "You're not a killer, Sun." And then, BANG! Sun kills her. It kinda seemed to me like they were showing us "no, Sun IS a killer.." What do you guys think?

I don't think there is any chance that Jack would leave the island with everyone else still stuck there. Jack lives to save people! I think Benry is barking up the wrong tree... But I wonder what he wants Jack to do?

Does anyone else think it's weird that the Others kidnapped Sawyer and Kate to... Have them pound rocks?! I think there must be more to it. Maybe they want Kate to get with Sawyer, and that's why they're doing it. I mean, they put Kate in a little dress and have them both get all hot and sweaty...But who knows?

I can't wait till we get to see more of Alex, and I hope we get to see more of Carl too!

Alex is the French lady Danielle's daughter that was kidnapped by the others as a baby. In the last episode she was the one who spoke to Kate from behind the bushes and asked her about the cages and Carl.

There are so many characters on Lost, I don't blame you for forgettig some!

I wanna see more of Alex as well.

I wanna to learn more about Juliet actually. I know we're supposed to dislike the others and all, but for some reason... I'm liking her more and more. She just seems like a strong nice (even though she is an other) female char... something this show could really use!!

I gotta say, I love the Jack flashback stories. I think they definitely write him the best stories. But Sun and Jin, are a close second. They're stories are always so endearing even though this one did include a suicide, but still, it's still so about their love. But I think I love it a lot too because they're representing the asians with some great acting.

It's also becoming clear that Kate is going to choose Sawyer, I mean, he was chivalrous with that shock-gun thing and their taste like strawberry and fish chips thing was great.

They need to give Hurley some face time next week, I do miss his one-liners.

Oh, I was wondering who that girl was. Didn't she take care of Claire? I hope she gets her mother to help those 3 escape, although, I don't think frenchie knows her daughter is alive.
