Why not bombard Fox with requests for a three-way final this year. The votes were too close to not. Simon sabatoged Elliott the night before on Leno and he was generally treated shabbily by the show. Fans and the public are outraged and calling foul.

The funny thing is those idiots at Fox could do this . Don't they figure in some margin of error with a virtual photo finish .
Not to cry sour grapes , but there were some people saying that they got Kat's voice when they called on #7 - this was said by some SP'ers too and last week by Chris fans . Now , this is PROBABLY just some overcrowding of the lines , I don't claim to be tech savvy , but if the votes were THAT close, the only truly fair way would have been to declare a 3 way tie and offer them all the million dollar contracts .

Paula had said in an interview that they were supposed to offer four contracts this year - Elliott certainly earned one of those 4, but I truly feel in many ways that is he is picked up by the right person, his star will shine even brighter than that of the " chosen" .

I agree...we should demand a finale with 3 people...at the very least to show Elliott has lots of support.

I can't see them automatically granting 3 million dollar contracts, but they should have some sort of tie breaker built into the system, for cases like this. Expecially since Elliott only went last once and the first spot is almost impossible to survive on top 3 night as the show well knows. HOWEVER, Elliott seems happy and pleased with his prospects.
