I'm a huge fan of "The Office" (American version) and am giddy excited about the season premiere tomorrow. Just thought I'd see if there was anybody else counting down to the show. I love Dwight and am a total sucker for the Jim and Pam relationship (writers have an easy mark with me on the sap!)

Lex, I am a total Office fan and so is my youngest son! Cannot wait for the new season to start, and yes, I do love Jim and Pam, and Dwight and especially Phyllis who always has the funniest bits, Can't wait!

I do love Phyllis' lines and delivery--also love the one-liners that Creed comes out with. I just re-watched the last episode from last season for probably the 10th time. I think Steve Carrel wrote a lot of that episode and it's definitely a good one. The Diversity episode is one of my all time favorites--I worked at Lockheed for a bit and we had to do those "training sessions", so that one really hit home.

Lex, I have actually taught those horrible cultural diversity workups at my old position! They were horrible and I tried my best to make them fun, because everyone was mandated and did not want to be there! actually, I have a Ryan the temp type in my office right now, Ryan is a she, but so like Ryan in so many ways, always in the "know" of the office, gets the gossip from everyone and is frantically trying to just do her work!

Darn, I forgot to tape last night's season premiere. I caught a quick glance of the show and I saw that one of the guys came out?! Or did Steve Carrel's "Out" him? And what happened with the whole Pam and Jim situation? I saw a tiny bit of Pam's fiance saying he is working out and is not going to take her for granted or something like that.

I guess I'll have to once again find the recap for that episode on the net.

sorry you missed the show, it was so so funny, Jim has transferred to that other office, Pam is missing him big time, and Ryan was promoted to his position.
You must see the show , Oscar was "outed" by Michael and his
meeting to discuss it was unbelievable. See if you can watch someones' tape before next week,

CathleenSusan, if you go to the Office site on NBC, there's a 2 minute recap that sums it up. It was a great episode--hysterical! One thing that's not in the recap is Jim's encasement of his new co-worker's calculator in yellow Jello! The guy flips out.

Thanks you guys! I will have to go check it out! I did see about 30 seconds of the jello thing - all I heard was "who put my calculator in jello?" haha

I completely missed the episode - got my times wrong! Jim was transferred, but what happened between him and Pam??
