She's really good. I personally think she would have blown ms. mcphee out of the water if she were on AI. She has more control over her voice, especially with the higher register. She also does a version of God Bless The Child.

I love Eva...so glad she won!!!!

I love her and Kat but I think she did alot better with God Bless the Child :yes:
Too me though, she reminds me alot more of Kelly Clarkson than Kat though.

oooo YAY! I loooooooooooove Eva...How Come You Don't Call Me was my favourite performance from the season too...she reminds me of Kelly Clarkson a lot too. hopefully she'll be our first idol to hit the States full on! lol

we don't get Canadian Idol but she has been all over the news here! her dad is Peruvian and we are so proud that she won! :)

I loved Eva and think that she will appeal to a wide range of people. As an older fan of Canadian Idol, over the years my choices were Eva, Kalan and Teresa. I agree, in this case, I think Eva would have done better than Katherine this year.

I am so glad she won! When Keith and a few others were eliminated so early in the competition I really didn't think we would end up with a great Canadian Idol. But the best gal won! YEAH!!
