WHAT HOLIDAY INN IS THE FUNDRAISER BEING HELD AT..
I THINK I BOOKED THE WRONG HOTEL.....
THE ONE I BOOKED IS AT 801 EAST PARHAM ROAD...
I MIGHT HAVE TO CHANGE THIS... :etrain:

That is the one the fundraiser is being held at - the exit right off I 95. Many others of us are staying at Holiday Inn Central - the Holiday Inn North (yours) has some overflow people - Mike Cornelio is staying at yours.

ok so the number i called...804-266-8753..Holiday Inn North...
I ask if this was the hotel where the fundraiser was being held and
the very nice very patient person said nothing was scheduled
for this hotel....i am confussed...801 East Parham Road....?

On October 7 - nothing is scheduled? Because this IS the right location. Some committee members are probably there as we speak looking at the layout.

We have a conference meeting tonight and I will DEFININTELY talk about that. The good news is - nothing else is on the schedule :) So we just need to get them to write it in on their schedule. We have been working throught the guy at the Holiday Inn Central and I think he is even bringing food over from there.

They just don't have it on the books yet and they have not informed the staff. But, the party will definitely be at the Holiday Inn North!
Diane, I do believe that there will be a couple more rooms available at the Holiday Inn Central, if you want to stay there. Doxie was saying that she may not stay. Do you want me to check on this for you?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention nanab! Yes I am sure that DID cause confusion! They must not have informed the other location about our location change!
