This is the CD that Justin Timberlake SHOULD have recorded. It is a great CD--timeless R&B sound, yet SO current. Well worth the $$$. Check out the sample tracks on iTunes.

Justin Timberlake should be so talented. Robin Thicke is a fantastic artist. You'll never hear anything like Lost Without You coming from JT. His site has lots of goodies...enjoy...

I love him. His new CD is beautiful, I love it.

I'm loving "Lost Without U", but really, I love the entire CD. I'm also loving the fact that he is touring w/India Arie for the next four weeks and will then be touring with John Legend for the following six weeks.

Thanks for posting the link. Now I feel bad for comparing him to JT. He is right, if he were black, no one would make the comparison. He is far more talented than Justin. Funny how some of the best artists continue to go under the radar.

I saw him on a talk show the other day. I think it was Ellen DeGeneres' show.
I had never heard of him before. Is he related to actor Alan Thicke?
I believe that Alan started out as a singer. I can't remember which song he sang on the show, but sorry I just did not care for it. It seemed to me that he sang the whold song in such a high pitch, not sure if it was falsetto or not, but that's how it seemed to me.

Marketingal, thanks for posting about Robin! A friend of my son's told me about him and I was surprised it was Alan Thicke's son.
He has a nice tone, and the music is great!

OMG! I looooooooove this CD! I've been waiting for it since March, since it kept getting delayed. I'm glad though, it sounds like Robin & Pharell scrapped a ton of tracks and started over. I heard some samples way back when of some possible tracks and most of them were really boring.
Poor Robin doesn't get enough credit - he's an incredible artist with an amazing voice. I loved his first album. You guys should check it out. Back then he was just called "Thicke" and the album is called "A Beautiful World."
Anyway, right now my favorite song is "Complicated" :)
