Does Amanda need to have a photo ID if she is 13?? I hope the heck not, cause I don't have one for her.....

Call the airlines - I am sure she will need some alternative form of ID and it will be helpful to know what is acceptable.

I flew with my 12 year old in August (Delta), right in the midst of the travel changes related to the liquids/gels etc, and he did not need a photo id.

One of the ticket agents asked if he was under 13. And I yes, but then asked "why", b/c I was wondering if he'd need a pic id at 13. When I asked her this, she said "no" that he would not need a pic id at 13 but she was asking due to weight requirements/calculations in regards to how much extra luggage the plane as a whole can store on board. She said that they up the weight count for a 13 year old but don't require pic id.

THANK YOU SO MUCH HON!! I didn't think so, cause the airline website just stated..."adults need a photo ID..blah blah" but it didn't even mention kids..so I figured I was safe!! Thanks so much and the show should be AWESOME!!!
