What are the instructions for adding an avatar? I saw the instructions for adding the signature and that worked, but I wanted to add an avatar. Help. Thanks.



EDIT. I kinda figured it out but I'm not sure I did it right. I tried to use a picture from my Photobucket but I could not get it to work. I used the same picture from My Pictures on my computer and it worked.

Using a picture from your photobucket is the right idea. You will achieve the best results if you size your image to 80x80 pixels. This is the normal avatar size. Your photobucket picture may be too large to use. You might try using your photobucket thumbnail, but that is typically too large as well.

To resize your image, you should use a photo editing tool that allows you to do things such as cropping and resizing of images. I use Paint Shop Pro, but there are many others.
