Title: Itunes Help!
Description: Computer freezes

ggma6 - December 22, 2006 05:28 AM (GMT)
I need help e-trainers. I tried to burn more copies of This Christmas and the message came up as follows:

You are licensed to burn up to 7 cd's of a playlist containing music purchased for the iTunes Store. You have already burned 7 cd's of this playlist. I keep buying the song why can't I burn more copies?

Also when I do burn a copy ,after it has finished I get this message : Musicmatch Jukebox has experienced a software error & must close. Then my computer freezes up and I have to shut it down. I have to do this everytime and don't think this is good for computer. I don't think I need this Musicmatch Jukebox. What can I do to stop this. It's very frustrating!! I'm sure someone has an answer. Please !!! I was told not to play the cd on the computer, but to play it on a cd player. That is what I am doing.

I was having the same problem with Itunes freezing up my computer. Dont know what that is about.
As for burning the cd's off Ituens. your better off just burning the original CD you converted as many times as it was bought. so if you bought 5 copies then burn 4 more from the original cd you burned. Just keep track of how many you bought to equal your burns. Actually I believe Itunes tells you how many you bought somewhere on there I don't remember where sorry.
Hope this helps :merryxmas1:

iTunes limits you to 7 burned copies of any playlist. In order to make more copies, you must mix up the tracks on the playlist (adding or deleting). Of course, since
there is only ONE song you want for this playlist, there's no other tracks to
add or remove.

Theoretically, you should be able to delete the current playlist. Then, use a DIFFERENT copy of the song that you bought and create a NEW playlist with a DIFFERENT name.

If that fails, as suggested, take the burned copy you have made and then
RIP it back to your computer as an MP3 file. The MP3 file will NOT have the
restrictions for burning that the purchased copy from Apple has. I would rename the file differently, so that you can easily determine which tracks are Apple-bought and which one is the MP3. I know the only thing the eTrain was asking was that for each copy you burned, you generously bought another copy of the track on iTunes.

The song is all over the Internet, free for download. I saw over 800 downloads on one site, and LimeWire had too many to count. I certainly hope no real Etrainers
decided to cut into Elliott's sales or positions. Of course, not having the song
available for download immediatley with the streamed version may have bee a huge factor in the theft.
