My daughter is editor of her school's yearbook this year and was asked to write a page for it about people in the news who have been an inspiration in the past year. Having gone through the "Elliott Idol experience" with me and knowing his story, she told me last night that she had included him. She said that she was inspired by his struggles and my love for him and wanted others to know his background and experience his music. I was touched by this and hope that the seniors in her class will learn about the Elliott we all know and love. Hopefully there will be new Elliott fans that come out of this.
