Title: Letter Campaign

Ok This morning instead of cleaning my house. I sent email to following:
oprah, jay leno, the today show in NY and Good Morning, America in NY. They showcase lots of other people when their CD's come out so I wrote them asking them to showcase Elliott when his CD comes out.
I probably won;t get any replies. But hopefully they will show him.

We can be very sure that his PR folks are busy right now lining up appearances that will coincide with his album release. I'm sure they are looking at the same major daytime/nightime shows we all think of. Rita Cosby doesn't have her show anymore unfortunately.... A few letters to those folks will probably let them know that we are hungry to see him - but too many might smack of Claymania and that seemed to backfire on him.

When I sent my letter I more a less talked about the human interest side of the story. Young man unknown trying to figure out his life and has had these wonderful experiences. I talked about being a mom with a 21 year old who is trying to figure things out and how he gives me hope.

Me too Momminy - I have a 24 year old who is brilliant but can't seem to follow through to his dreams - Elliott gives me a lot of hope for him.

I know Ellen liked Elliott, but she's more of a Chris Daughtry fan. But I hope she'll have Elliott as a guest on her show.
