We just got word that Elliott Yamin will be on MTV's TRL on Tuesday, March 20th.

The show starts at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

If you live in the New York area, a great way to show your support for Elliott
would be to head down to MTV's Times Square Studios and hold up your homemade
signs letting Elliott know what a big fan you are.

Then you can head over to the Virgin Megastore in Times Square to meet Elliott
at his in-store, which starts at 4 p.m.

Could there be a chance that there will be the premiere of his video??? That would be awesome! Usually, when an artist is on TRL on the drop date of his/her CD they usually have the premiere of the video on that day. Since WFY has gone to radio this week, it could happen that the video of WFY is on MTV next week. It's a possiblity, here's hoping.

That's a very reasonable presumption to make! Makes sense to me! When I was a young teen (lmao--I'll be 21 this year), I was in love with TRL (still miss Carson lol). This is huge for Elliott! I will sadly be in class though at that time....please someone record it for us!!!

Even if he didn't debut the video next week, I'm sure he'd be talking about the CD and then of course they'd have to have him back when the video comes out.

Probably not. TRL is strictly requests only as far as I know. Since he's going to be on the show if he premiers his video there I'm sure it'll be added to the list.

If you want to support Elliott, this gets him TV time. Get an account at TRL and vote E's video into the top. The artists DO appreciate this. Katherine's whole front page of HER OFFICIAL website is a page linking to TRL. It was also significant enough to Daughtry that he did a video blog to his fans thanking them for keeping him #1.

Let's not make Elliott ask, lets just do this, okay? And before anyone asks. You don't have to have cable, live anywhere but on the planet earth and the voting is a free for all.

Ohhh, nice, I hope he is debuting a video for WFY so we can vote vote vote it onto the countdown. I was a huge TRL fan when I was in middle school/high school (when they had that dude with the huge head Carson), watched it every day after school..it was like THE show :dance: don't know if it's still as popular but I'd imagine it's a great place to win over younger fans

Because of the expense of the making a vid, I'm assuming that WFY is the only video that's been done. I'd be floored if it turned out to be another one.

Whatever it turns out to be, I just hope we can get him voted onto the show.

And yes, we want the young fans to be humming it, then purchasing it to put onto their ipods, then buying tickets to see the live show, that's why we do what we do :) And because alot of votes into tops and then tv on shows like this lead to things like VMA's (video music awards! :)

can you do all three things? I would think you'd have to be in line for the Virgin Megastore appearance early and wouldn't be able to go to TRL as well..
