I listened to songs on the CD on AOL tonight. Loved it. (Amazon has shipped my copy today.)

So I'd like to hear from everyone what their favorite songs are.

So far, my favorites are Wait for You, You Are the One, I'm the Man, Train Wreck, and A Song for You.

They are all so fresh, it's hard to pick a favorite.

YATO is vocally brilliant, but I love TW. OW keeps re-playing in my head, though.

Yep, gonna have to go with all of them.....

I don't know, I love them all! I think I am totally in love with "You are the one" with "Free" as a close second! (If I have to pick a favorite! "You are the one" brought me to tears..so beautiful!

I LOVE the entire CD, but the one that brought me to my knees emotionally was, "Take My Breath Away". Absolutely breathtaking. :thud:

And "Alright"...now THAT is one booty shakin tune!! :banana:

Take My Breath Away just keeps playing in my head. It's so beautiful. I really like I'm The Man and ASFY too.

Let's not forget Wait For You and Train Wreck.

All of the songs are memorable in their own unique ways. I haven't picked one yet, and don't know if that is possible. I agree with many other people who have said that the quality and musicianship of this CD is astonishingly amazing. I like emotive ballads as well as the dance/uptempo styled songs.

I can't wait to post my favorites. I leave for Walmart in a few minutes. They better have it on the shelf after Midnight like the said they would.

I am completely in love with Trainwreck. I listened to it repeatedly when it was on Bramble's site and it's been going through my head ever since. I only listened to the CD once today, so nothing has replaced Trainwreck for me. I can't wait to get my Walmart version (there is one within 5 miles of me) with the acoustic version. I am NOT a morning person, but tomorrow I am sure I will pop right out of bed with a big old grin spread across my anxious face!

Is it even possible to choose favorites? Okay, I'll try.

The song that keeps coming up in my head is You Are the One. But I really love Train Wreck and Alright, I just have not heard them often enough to have them singing in my head. This is a great album. I love every song.

I can't pick a favorite really yet, but the one that stands out to me is "You Are The One"

You are the one... just E and the piano. His voice is like an orchestra, filling in the melody. I love it.

BUT after listening completely 4 or 5 times... it's getting tough to say...

One Word is growing on me, yes I keep hearing it in my head also.

Train Wreck, Alright, ... of course Movin On and WFY. umm Find a way, Free..

My favorite is.... Whatever song I'm listening to at the moment! I just heard the full version of "Find a Way" for the first time. Wow!!!!! :woohoo:

This CD is so good, I want to cry! Oh Elliott...he was definitely worth the wait!!!

I love the entire CD, but my favorites are: "Wait for You," "One Word," "I'm the Man," "Trainwreck," "Alright," "Take My Breath Away," and of course, "A Song for You."

I think for me You are the one.

I'd say for me it's between Take My Breath Away and You Are the One.

I like a lot of the songs, but Trainwreck has a special place in my heart. The bridge in Alright is just pure sexiness. Whiter Shade of Pale leaves me speechless. I'm still listeningand falling in love with the songs. Right now, I'm going to take a nap with myheadphones on. I'm a walking zombie right now. I need some energy for TRL. lol

TrainWreck is my favorite, followed by Find a Way. What a fabulous album - all the songs are great. I'm so happy to finally have the album in my hands. What a great day!!

Here's how I rate them:

1. Free- love the message, the music, the lyrics, the whole thing top to bottom
2. Find a way - love it
3. YATO- great ballad- future airplay!
4. Let your heart lead- bonus track--great song- future airpiay!
5. Train Wreck - love the bluesy feel
6. I'm the Man - cool!
7. Wait for You - contemporary, love it
8. Movin On - love the song and E's vocal, but sorry, still don't like the arrangement (I've removed the first 10 seconds and last 11 seconds and I like it a lot better.)
9. ASFY - as a fan, I love the simple arrangement, but this will probably never get any airplay
10. WSOP - I can't figure this one out, I love his passion on the song, but it seems like an odd choice
11. In Love W/ You Forever - like the song, I guess they all can't be PG
12. One word - like the song a lot , guess they all can't be PG
13. Take my breath away - same as 11 & 12
14. I'll Make You Dance- seems like old style 70's disco, don't get it
15. Alright- same as 14.

With a teenage daughter (who loves E, BTW) some of the lyrics on 11, 12, 13, and 14 bother me. (My mom antenna are reacting a bit.) But other than that, over all, it's a great debut album. Way to go, E!

I'm lovin Take My Breath Away - love all of them, but this song stands out for me. bluesy, jazzy, a little rock sound, R&B - it has a little of everything that I love all rolled into one song. this should be his next single.

Whiter Shade of Pale...easily.
